TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By Mwika M’Ampuria George, of P.O. Box 2941, Muthara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ampuria M’Alaibua Kalaibua alias Alaigua Karaigua, who died at Athanja, on 27th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By Mathan Kirimi Rukunga, of P.O. Box 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rukunga M’Mucheke M’Abira, who died at Kimerei, on 30th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
