TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By Caroline Nduku Mutio, of P.O. Box 48, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Kanini Mutio, who died at Komu Sub-location, on 24th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Priscilla Nyilu Kimulu, of P.O. Box 11, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimulu Mwikya, who died at Kasikeu, on 16th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
