TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By (1) Juliana Ndinda Kisuna and (2) Emmanuel Wambua Kisuna, both of P.O. Box 4215–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisuna Muisu alias Joseph Kisuna Muisu, who died at Nzeveni, on 2nd April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Julius Munguti Kamwanthi, of P.O. Box 70838, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kimwanthi Masila, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Kituli Mutungwa and (2) Jacob Mutua Mutungwa, both of P.O. Box 34, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutungwa Male, who died at Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
