TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2018 By Cosmus Namayi Andere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Namayi Andere alias Namayi Endere, who died at Emasatsi in 1972. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By Charles Mutsieku Amukhuma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairo Amukhuma Nasengo alias Amukhuma Nasengo, who died at Mulwanda in 1994. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2023 By Maurice Wafubwa Omusundi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Wafubwa Tongola alias Wafubwa Tongola, who died at Mutoma Sub-location, in 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 18th July, 2023.
