TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By Fatuma Ngoizi Shamba, of P.O. Box 7023–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selemani Hamisi Shamba alias Suleman H. Shamba, who died at Bloom Surgical Centre, on 30th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Onyango Aton Sinawa and (2) Victor Ouma Otieno, the deceased’s son and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Achieng Sinawa, who died on 24th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
