TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 204 OF 2023
By Alfred Amos Odhiambo Were, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Ayayo Athere, who died on 12th October, 2001.
CAUSE NO. 205 OF 2023
By Samuel Odhiambo Mugenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Mugenya
Owuor alias Mugenya Owuor, who died on 4th December, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
