TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Rusi Chepkemoi Sang, of P.O. Box 205, Sotik, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui A. Sang, who died at Chebirbelek, on 22nd April, 1987. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2023 By Philiph Kipkorir Birir, of P.O. Box 120, Litein, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngok arap Chumo, who died at Ndanai, on 18th January, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
