TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Pauline Muthuri, of P.O. Box 82–80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Muthuri, who died at Rabai Location, Kilifi, on 17th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Mungu Muruhu Charo, of P.O. Box 2582–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muruu Ndago Ulenje, who died at Kaloleni, Kilifi County, on 21st December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
