TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Mary Ouma Manyonyi and (2) Phenny Adhiambo Maende, the deceased’s daughers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorina Adoyo Asewe, who died on 4th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2023 By John Amisi Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Otineo Ombinya, who died on 5th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
