Box 25–60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njagi Erasto, who died at Kawanjara, on 1st April, 2019. CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2023 By Charles Nyaga Wachira, of P.O. Box 113, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timina Kina Charles, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 27th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2023 By Nancy Tarasicio Nyaga, of P.O. Box 136, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tarcisio Nyagah alias Taracisio Nyaga, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2020.
