TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 8th September, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Fairoz Nur, of P.O. Box 19469–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nur Ibrahim Abdirahman, who died at Moyale Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
