TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Othman Wangara Akidah and (2) Mohammed Abdul Akidah, both of P.O. Box 294, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akidah Wangarah alias Akida Wangara, who died at Nucleus, on 30th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Amina Juma Saleh and (2) Hasina Juma Saleh, both of P.O. Box 43–50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanaidi Khabetsa Mtoko, who died at Shirere, on 4th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
