IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (e) and section 3 (2) of the Auctioneers Act (Cap. 526 of 1996) laws of Kenya, the Chief Justice re-appoints— George Mbagu Kinuthia, Alfred Sagwa Mdeizi, Denis Kirui, to the Auctioneers Licensing Board, respectively, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the 18th September, 2023.
