IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 10 (1) (e) of the Public Finance Management (Financial Inclusion Fund) Regulations, 2022, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints— JENNIFER MWANGANGI to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Inclusion Fund Advisory Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th September, 2023.
