REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Mutune Wandurua, of P.O. Box 104971– 00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 19056/28, situate in East of Kikuyu in Kiambu, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 100788/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the grant thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
