REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Dama Ngonyo Mwavuo, (2) Thomas Kazungu Rimba and (3) Kalama Rimba Gona, all of P.O. Box 784, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Rimba Gona Fondo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.06 hectares or thereabout, known as Gongoni Settlement Scheme/1661, situate in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land tittle deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
