REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ebrahim Mohamed Omar Basty, (2) Omar Moyhamed Omar Basty and (3) Sheikh Mohamed Omar Basty, all of P.O. Box 86998–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators, are registered as proprietors of freehold interest ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2061 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No.4514/III/MN, situate in the North of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 39835, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
