REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hakimuddin Abdulhusein Kitabwalla, (1) Hamida Hakimuddin Kitabwalla and (3) Abdulhusein Hakimuddin Kitabwalla, all of P.O. Box 82437, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVIII/70 flat No. 3, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intintend to open another land register and upon such opening, the said land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
