THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nelas Wanjiru Maina and (2) Peter Mwangi Maina, as administrators of the estate of James Maina Wambugu alias Maina Wambugu (deceased), both of P.O. Box 1264, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/1027, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N23, folio 296/6, file 6777, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
