REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Henry Njane Muritu (ID/3331263) and (2) Samson Nguu Muritu (ID/3060315), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.43 hectares or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under title No. Chania/Ngorongo/1416, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced at Gatundu Land Registy, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 15th September, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
