WHEREAS Blu Key Management Limited, of P.O. Box 240– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land known as Portion 644, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of an indenture made on 10th December, 2014, registered as LT. 38, Folio 63/24, File 3870, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the LT Folio in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said LT Folio has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the LT Folio shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
