REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Ngutu Okwach, of P.O. Box 1538, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Konya/9148, 9149 and 9150 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
