THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tercy Investment Limited, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 63/759, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in E.L.C. case No. 584 of 2015, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Maina Karanja, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of title issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration and issue certificate of title to the said Maina Karanja, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Tercy Investment Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
