REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Justus Thumbi Waitheru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ndivisi/Muchi/2281, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kimilili in Succession Cause No. 104 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration to Nancy Wamuchii Thumbi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Justus Thumbi Waitheru (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Justus Thumbi Waitheru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
