THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Edwin Juma Lumbasi and (2) Gorpacheni Katali Mrefu, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 2.4 hectares or thereabout, known as N. Malakisi/W. Sasuri/762, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the lands court at Kakamega, in E.L.C. No. 53 of 2018, has degreed that (1) Edwin Juma Lumbasi and (2) Gorpacheni Katali Mrefu are entitled to that piece of land by virtue of adverse possession, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the implementation of the said Court Order, and upon such implementation the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Edwin Juma Lumbasi and (2) Gorpacheni Katali Mrefu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
