THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kieru Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Ngenda/Kahuguini/869, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 514 of 2004, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Felista Wanjiru Kieru and (2) Rachael Gathoni Kieru, both of P.O. Box 570–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas efforts made to recover the said land title deed for and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration 4070 4070 letters to (1) Felista Wanjiru Kieru and (2) Rachael Gathoni Kieru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Kieru Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
