THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Clementine Wanjiku Kamunyi (deceased), of P.O. Box 46061, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Kagaari/Weru/3823, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in Succession Cause No. 4 of 2020, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) George Stephen Njiru (ID/10977237) and (2) John Mark Ndungu Kamunyi (ID/23502794) as administrators of the estate of Clementine Wanjiku Kamunyi (deceased), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
