REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramadhan Salim Mwandaro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kwale/Ukunda/2992, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E23 of 2023 has vested the property to (1) Azizi Madhani Mwambuja, (2) Sudi Ramadhan Mwandaro and (3) Fatuma Ramadhan Mange, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the land title deed issued to Ramadhan Salim Mwandaro (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instuments of L.R. 39 and L.R. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ramadhan Salim Mwandaro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
