APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 9th March, 2020, I appointed Eliud Njuguna Uno, Principal Co-operative Officer, Headquarters, to be liquidator for Nkuene Farmers’ Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Eliud Njuguna Uno has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Nkuene Farmers’ Co- operative Society Limited (CS 246), for another period not exceeding six (6) months and re-appoint Eliud Njuguna Uno to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
