PURSUANT to sections 26 and 28 (1) (2) of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Misc. Application No. E113 of 2023, appointed— 15th September, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE AGNES ODERO ODUOR as manager and guardian of the estate and all affairs of George William Osaho including but not limited jto George William Osaho’s Co-operatives Bank Account No. 01109092748100, with effect from the 28th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered with fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Kenya Gazette.
