REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle registration make; Lexus RX450H with Chassis No; JTJBC11A302019334 with engine number; 2GR-J203203 which is currently lying within the premises of Huade Motors Spares and Garage to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated cost of repairs, storage charges, security and other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected within the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction without any further notice.
