NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to (1) Mr. Edward Manyara Githiomi and (2) Elijah Mtemwa, and/or any other person claiming ownership or any other interest whatsover to collect from the residency of CPN Nzoka, the landlord to Elijah Mtemwa, at Chaani residency, the goods indicated in the Schedule below, upon payment of all outstanding rent arrears, charges and other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication hereof, failure to pay and collect the subject goods before the expiry of this notice, the said goods shall be sold through public auction and/or disposed of in any other way without any further notice whatsoever.
