NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle KBJ 581W, Isuzu Tipper, to collect the said vehicle from the premises of Mzee Ngugi Gitonga’s Residence alias Shujaa Apartments, Pioneer Shopping Center, Eldoret Town, Uasin Gishu County, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage charges failure to which the said vehicle will be disposed of by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds will be utilized to defray the storage and other incidental charges and/or costs and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owner through legal proceedings.
