NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1921, in Volume DI, Folio 1248/1564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Vinay Bachulal Vyas, of P.O. Box 45–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Vinay Kumar Bachulal Vyas, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Vinay Kumar Bachulal Vyas and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Vinay Bachulal Vyas, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Vinay Bachulal Vyas only.
