NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 317, in Volume DI, Folio 213/2248, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Hassan Ali China, of P.O. Box 170–30205, Matunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Victor Matere Kokonya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Victor Matere Kokonya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hassan Ali China, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hassan Ali China only.
