NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1005, in Volume DI, Folio 274/1227, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Ali Hussein Aden, of P.O. Box 437–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hashim Hussein Aden, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hashim Hussein Aden, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ali Hussein Aden, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ali Hussein Aden only.
