NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1439, in Volume D1, Folio 916/1459, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Cedric Maara Marshall, of P.O. Box 51, Parkland in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jonathan Maara Ndirangu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jonathan Maara Ndirangu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cedric Maara Marshall, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Cedric Maara Marshall only.
