NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 589, in Volume D1, Folio 240/2586, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Ardo Abdikadir Issa (guardian), on behalf of Abdulkadir Issa Dahir (minor), formerly known as Abdulkadir Said Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdulkadir Said Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdulkadir Issa Dahir, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdulkadir Issa Dahir only.
