IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— John Billy Momanyi, Cecilia Ngetich, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st September, 2023.
