REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Simon Ngigi Ngoko and (2) Cecilia Wanjiru Ngigi, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2038 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 105/327, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
