IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (g) of the Energy Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum, appoints– JANE CHEPTOO MASAI to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th October, 2023.
