APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) (g) of the Forest Conservation and Management Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Environment, Climate Change and Forestry appoints– Under subsection (ii)– Jane Simita Munka to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Forest Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th October, 2023.
