IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) of the Science, Technology and Innovation Act and para. 2 (b) of the Third Schedule of the Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs appoints– ERASTUS KIMURI (ENG.) to be a member of the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute Board, for a period of one (1) year, with effect from the 13th October, 2023.
