APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Murang’a County Land Allocation and Lease Management Act, 2023, the Governor, Murang’a County, appoints— Johnson Walter Mukuha Mwangi – Chairperson Daniel Muchoki Maina – member Moses Gitanga Muchoki – member Gerald Wambugu Mwangi – member Caroline W. Njoroge – member County Secretary, Murang’a County or his representative – member County Attorney, Murang’a County or his representative – member A representative of the National Land Commission– member A representative of Murang’a County Lands Registrar office – member A representative of Murang’a County Commissioner’s office – member to be members of the Murang’a County Land Allocation and Lease Committee, for a non-renewable period of five (5) years, with effect from the 13th October, 2023. Pursuant to the section 9 of the Act, the Secretary of the Committee shall be the Chief Officer in-charge of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development. Dated the 9th October, 2023.
