THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salehmohamed Ramzan Nurmohamed, of P.O. Box 187978–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 84.55 hectares or thereabout, known as plot No. 4558 4558 1483/II/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 17052, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the land registration act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
