REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Khola Binti Mohamed Bin Seif and (2) Azzah Binti Mohamed Bin Seif, both of P.O. Box 81479–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.046 acre or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXIX/28, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
