WHEREAS (1) Forest Houdon Megson and (2) Mary Patricia Philomena Megson, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/MS/Block V/48, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas a decree CMCC/ELC No. E3 of 2020, from the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa, ordering the registrar of title to issue a provisional certificate of title to (1) Ambrose Mghenyi Mwaluma and (2) Ali Ramadhan Juma, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and issue a Provisional Certificate of Title to (1) Ambrose Mghenyi Mwaluma and (2) Ali Ramadhan Juma, as ordered by the court and upon such the certificate of title issued earlier to (1) Forest Houdon Megson and (2) Mary Patricia Philomena Megson, shall be deemed as revoked/cancelled and of no effect Dated the 13th October, 2023.
