WHEREAS Ntalamia Mopel Seet (ID/0791856/63), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 22.0, 2.02, 2.02, 10.12, 10.12 and 10.12 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei North/6551, 28377, 28378, 28379, 28380 and 28381, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened in respect thereof has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
