REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Annah Wanjiru Ndirangu alias Ann Wanjiru Ndirangu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.081 hectare or thereabouts, known as Aguthi/Gatitu/5875, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 4 of 2010, has issued grant of letters intestate to Charles Ndirangu Wanjiru and the beneficiary is Anthony Wang’ombe Ndirangu, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said Charles Ndirangu Wanjiru and the beneficiary is Anthony Wang’ombe Ndirangu, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Annah Wanjiru Ndirangu alias Ann Wanjiru Ndirangu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
