GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14002

WHEREAS Murage Kahuhe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.60 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyeri/Island Farms/705, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in succession cause no. 18 of 2019, has issued grant of letters intestate to Jane Wanjiru Murage as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Jane Wanjiru Murage, (2) Maragaret Muthoni Kinyua, (3) Mary Wairimu Murage and (4) Gladys Waceke Kariuki, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said Jane Wanjiru Murage as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Jane Wanjiru Murage, (2) Maragaret Muthoni Kinyua, (3) Mary Wairimu Murage and (4) Gladys Waceke Kariuki, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Murage Kahuhe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
